I am just trying out to answer my General manager's question on what are the real challenges in Recruitment in the current scenario.
I have put forth the points like
1. Sources of recruitment
2. Availability of the exact Skill set what we require
3. Recruitment cost
4. Timelineness In Recruitment
5. Compensation Offered
I would like you people to add up to my answer.Please consider that this is a question where we need to keep in mind that the biggest challenge in Recruitment is Attrition and handling attrition is a different issue. Now in present scenario what are the challenges you people face.
