Sir/Madam,
I am in service with a Group of Companies.
Sometimes I need to communicate through SMS to the employees marking a Cc to my Boss.
Now my question is, how do I mark the message to my Boss?
Should I write Cc: Sir/ Cc: Mr. XYZ/ Cc: Sri XYZ.
Please help.

Hi,
What u call him/her in general..Like I call my director Navdeep Sir,Vipin Sir..Coz we have 2 directors.so we need to mention to which director we are communicating.Shri will not work.Sir will work if only person is being called Sir.
If u also call him by name followed by Sir then in CC write
CC- .... Sir

In a professional environment, especially within the organisation, a Mr.xyz is always preferred than Sir or Sri. He may be your boss, but may not be to others whom you are sending sms. Hence my suggestion is "cc : Mr.xyz" if you are not comfortable with just the first name of your boss.
