Dear Seniors,
I have to design leave policies for our company(Pharma). It's a new and pretty young company with less than 10 employees as of now. I'v learnt through various discussions at this platform that there are 12 CL Per year, 7 Days SL, and 18 PL (1.5 per month), but it was all specific to IT companies. Are the leave policies in pharma sector based on the same lines? Kindly help me out with it seniors.

There is a basic principle which has to be followed while fixing wages and other benefits for employees in an organisation and it is to refer and follow the pattern in the relevant industry and region.
