Following is the JD of the profile
To effectively manage a team of 12 – 15 agents according to the policies of Company and its clients, while attaining or exceeding production, performance, turnover, and quality assurance index goals.
***Understand Companies Operational Process and Standards and effectively manage performance.
***Meet or exceed all performance and production goals, provided by the clients.
***Ensure all team members adhere to the quality monitoring and verification guidelines established by Clients.
*** Review & meet with agents at established intervals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
*** Educate, re-train, and evaluate agents on an ongoing basis.
*** Understand and assure adherence to all regulatory compliance
*** Successfully complete and impart all product updates to team.
***Review dashboards/ data reports on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback.
***Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling.
***Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations
*** Meet retention and people management goals.
