I have a small doubt. Do HR's also get an opportunity from the company to go to abroad on deputation or only employees working in software companies only enjoy this..

Hi,
as per my knowledge, its basically the s/w engineers who get the opportunity for onsite frequently,
However, companies like Accenture sends their HR (Manager) for onsite recruitment. But this is limited to very few comapnies.

    I have travelled extensively, been transferred within HR . But that depends on the company you are with. It also means that your qualifications & experience are required and transferable.

  • Many HR professionals from India are working in the Middle East. I am not sure whether all of them are qualified or underqualified or without any qualification they work but they do work as HR. This is subjective question it depends on your fate whether you may be good HR qualified but some fake HR enjoy in your place position abroad just because he manage Wasta ( Nepotism or Favouratism).
    Indians are unpredictable people.

    I fully agree with you and since a long time I myself have been trying to make these people understand, though I dont tell them bluntly that they are fraud HR and have joined their jobs on the basis of pure favoritism, beauty etc. If you could browse throught my posts you can observe since long time I tell whenever someone who introduces themselves as Sr HR Executive ,HR Manager and asks question like a child of 10 class I immediately doubt their EDUCATION and THEIR EXPERIENCE and sort of feel pity for the employees who are unfortunate to have such a DUMB HR working who just knows how to vent anger on employees. Another thing the HR who have got their jobs not on basis of skill are arrogant of their powers and whenever any issue related to employee is posted their only reply is harsh , give warning letter, give termination letter, withheld salary, etc. They dont even have common sense. But as this in INDIA this will go on and there will be inequality till the time people do give jobs on basis of favoritism and frauds rather than on pure skill and knowledge.

    Many times whenever I post I get the reply that we are here to help and share knowledge and we all are learning, but when a person who calls him/ her as working in a executive post and calls themselves as PROFESSIONALS its literally insult to the word PROFESSIONALS as they are nothing more than AMATEURS. And asking the ABC of HRs, which put a big ? on their credibility and just how the HELL THEY SURVIVE IN THEIR JOBS and EARN LAKHS PER ANNUM for HAVING 0 KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HR, whereas other skilled people are deprieved of their jobs.

    people do not appreciate truth, Yes many unfit and unqualified people wondering arround us and projects theymseles smarter than others because they decieve or you can say managed everything to become successful.
    We must say whatever the circumstances are such unfit or unqualified people who are socalled B-Schools products or anything else they only lead this world to economic depression and downtern.....only these people did the mess....
