My company falls under shops & Est Act..An employee in my company has availed her maternity leave, and she wants to know if she can club her CLs and PLs along with her Maternity leave.
Is there any legal rule to clubbing other leaves with Maternity leave , or it depends on the Company's HR Policy itself.
