i am Ritesh From indore. i am a Engineering graduate.Presently Working in Call center as a Executive - Talent Accusation,in my company having a more then 600 Call center Executive Working 24 X 7.The average attrition rate is 20% in Each and Every month.Company wants to Expand her bushiness they want increase the no of Call center Executive.So how can i make a pool of candidate without news paper Advertisement & hire a Recruitment Consultant,
Please suggest, how Can i make a pool & Recruit Candidate for my organization apart From that What Channel I have to used for Aware Regarding the Job opportunity for my orgnization
