Hi all,
I amworking with a major company in Telecom "Ericsson". I have resigned on 5th May 2014. My manager is asking me to serve 3 months notice period, I am willing to pay for 2 months and to serve 1 month. Also I dont have future here, my manager is biased. Now i have new job but they want me to join in 1 month? What to do? HR of my company asking for Manager approval.
It is clearly mention in my offer letter " This employment can be terminated by either side, by giving one month’s notice during the
probation period or three month’s notice after confirmation or basic salary in lieu of the notice period."
Any suggestion welcome

Send a letter to them and express your willingness to buyout the notice period shortfall as per the XXXX clause of appointment letter and send the Cheque to them. Pon
