Hi, I have recently been appointed as the HR SPOC for all resources deputed at the client site. I am planning to meet them once a fortnight so that they have a chance to discuss any issues they are currently facing (with respect to anything). Since they are deputed at the client site, this will give them an opportunity to stay connected to the parent company.

We are pleased to inform you that ABC has joined our organization as XYZ. ABC will be actively involved in recruitment, resourcing, operations, etc.
One of the first objectives we are launching is the HR Connect. As a part of this initiative, ABC will be visiting client premises once in a fortnight to meet our employees.
