Hello Pooja,
Respect you decision to object the government notification but please share why you had made such decision.
As now a days cost of living numbers are very high and government made these decisions based on figures.

True.. but 60% percent rice can not be acceptable na. 60% rise is disproportionate and unsustainable for both large scale or small scale industry. so we would like to object for the same. but need some good draft regarding that. if you can help.

Hello Pooja
Enclosed herewith Objection letter format for your kind perusal, please fill the data step by step to submit your application.I have found these letter from Online sources.
As per my knowledge All the industries got average 30% hike only not 60%, please confirm from your end. Even government has decided not to bifurcate Minimum wage as per industry specification so minimum wage will be same for all.

Ashish

Dear Pooja Patel,
It is a normal procedure in Govt working that they publish a draft notification in the Official Gazette inviting objections or suggestions from the affected parties. All such objections or suggestions received from the affected parties are taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of two months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. In the instant case, the Government of Gujarat has mentioned that any objections or suggestions may be sent to the Principal Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, Block No.5, 6th Floor, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. As such you have to prepare a letter addressed to Principal Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar mentioning which part of the proposed notification is objected to and the reasons thereof. Alternate suggestion,if any, can be mentioned in the letter.
