Your balance leaves will be paid or settled in your full and final settlement if you are quitting your present job. Usually, leave encashment is applicable only to privilege or earned leaves and not to sick or casual leaves. Please contact your HR and understand the rules.

YES, only for Privilege Leave/Earned Leave. You are entitled to receive the Encashment amount, alongwith your final settlement amount. Thanks R K Nair
