Hello Everyone,
Kindly guide me on how to create a new resume database. I have recently started an HR/Manpower agency and within a few days, I have received my initial service orders from a couple of organizations. Although I have a resume database, I still need to create a larger CV bank. Since this is a new venture for me, spending a lot of money on job portals is not on my to-do list.
Please advise me on how to attract more CVs, both locally and online.

There are some paid job portals which provide unlimited job postings services, which are useful to post your client's job postings freely for better business and relationships.
