Would like to suggest that you must approach your reporting manager and HR to discuss your case at once.
Let them know that you are not keeping well and also submit your medical leave application. By the time HR & your line manager don't have any issues of being on long medical leave, why should you think of submitting resignation. If you are still thinking of resigning, then I think your company or for the matter of discussion any company is fully empower to initiate a recovery for the notice period.

Dear Friend,
Better you go & meet your HR. It might be help you t take appropriate decision. If you are a genuine person, u can give back your salary to the company. From that they will b impressed in your character and u can retain ur good name after ur resignation too. Sometimes they may not be ask the ful salary in return, it depend upon the past...

Hi,
In case u pay back all ur dues and 15 day salary, ideally there should be no problem in giving u a relieving letter.
Please read the offer/appointment letter carefully and go by the same...
Mark a mail to concern HR clearly sharing your intention and then call him//her.
Please leave on a positive note. All the best and get well soon
Hope it helps!!

Dear Nancy,
Please give us more information. What do you mean by you do not like the profile? If the profile was to your liking would you like to continue in the company? Was the reason for your going off sick, so soon after joining the company, related to your job profile?
The fact that the company paid you for the month that you were off sick indicates that the generosity of the firm's terms of conditions. During my 50+ years of working experience, I have not known any organisation that gave sick pay for the whole month after working there for 2 months. Are you fit to work now?
Not knowing the terms of your appointment, it is difficult to give you sound and precise advice. Like others have already suggested, please contact the HR of the firm and explain that you want to quit and willingness to pay whatever is due.
