As a fresh HR professional, I have recently joined a company that does not have an HR department. I have noticed that the company only pays salaries without issuing any salary slips. I am considering introducing salary slips for the employees. For example, if an employee receives a salary of Rs. 12,000 per month, how should I go about implementing this change?

Dear Smita, Salary Structure is different in different company.you can issue salary slip just mentioning as per the format. With Regards, Anil
