Dear Sirs,
I have resigned as Manager-Operations from Private Limited Comoany after working 4 years and 7 months and I have 58 days of Earned leaves at my credit as on the date of the resignation. Now, I want to know whether those leaves can be encashed or not?
It will be highly appreciated if you can send the same by giving some rule positions, etc.
Thank you,

Hi,
With regards to your query i would like to say that you can encash you earned leave but you must go throug with your company leave policy. Its vary from company to company. So kidly go through with all the policy and what is limit, by what limit you can accumulate your earned leave to be encashed. Or contact your HR Manage for details.
