I am looking for an immediate career transition in the field of Supply Chain, and below is a small summary of my journey as an SCM professional.
Bringing in 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, having worked with top companies like Lenovo India, EPSON India, and Carrier Aircon, where technology is the tool for flawless operations with real-time information for all stakeholders. End-to-end (E2E) order fulfillment is critical in imports and then delivery to the marketplace. All operations are carried out over SAP for inventory management, which includes raw material procurement to ensure smooth manufacturing. Warehousing & Logistics Management aimed to reduce holding costs. Planning procurement in the context of forecasted demand & supply. Complete documentation of import & export, including vendor management. Always in sync with finance for working capital management.
I am currently in a career transition and am eager to take on responsibilities in organizations where SAP or similar ERP systems are in place. I understand reverse chain supply to expedite turnaround times. I have experience working on MM & SD modules (SAP), maintaining Material Master, Customer/Vendor Master, and Price Master. In meetings, I can better explain how we reduced Sales Outstanding through a strategic approach and also lowered procurement costs. I am well aware of the mandatory compliance reports that need to be submitted on time. Managing multiple branches and warehouses required defining the Statement of Procedures first, followed by control through systems.
