In a working environment, this kind of behavior can be disturbing. You must take this up with the HR in your organization and don't turn a blind eye to this. If you do not bring this up to the HR team, this will happen to other colleagues as well. Let them handle this with subtle messaging.

Hi, according to me, we must try to sort out our own issues first, so take this as an opportunity to discuss with the person directly. Tell them that you are interested in speaking to them after you finish with one, genuinely give time to that person in private, listen to what they have to say, and reply professionally. If comments are not acceptable, inform them openly, and positively give basic etiquette information. If the behavior persists more than two times, then consult your HR.
