as we know , the accidents rate is very high in anxious , & neurotic than normal & relaxed person . they are also known as accident prove person . aim of behavior based safety training is to identify accident pro ,anxious & person with personality problems . Prepare a behavior based safety training module . change in behavior can be bring by conducting personal counselling ,workshop .

Psychologist help to understand problems ,behaviour , by conducting appropriate tools like admin stress audit , LES , psychological wellness ,history for compiling psychological profile of each employees & staff . Then , he give proper opportunity to share & discuss the problems , adopt client centred approach to develop his own insight by techniques of Socratic questioning . As we know that the human behavioral changes are connected to our sense organs. The change in behavior are identified and analysed in every human nature. You can say a "Psychological Change" Or a "Biological Process".
