As we know, the accident rate is very high in anxious and neurotic individuals compared to normal and relaxed persons. They are also known as accident-prone individuals. The aim of behavior-based safety training is to identify accident-prone, anxious, and individuals with personality problems.

Prepare a behavior-based safety training module. Changes in behavior can be brought about by conducting personal counseling and workshops.

BBS programs require teamwork comprising HR, a behavioral trainer, and a trained and qualified occupational or clinical psychologist. Psychologists help understand problems and behaviors by conducting appropriate tools such as admin stress audits, LES, psychological wellness history for compiling psychological profiles of each employee and staff. Then, they provide proper opportunities to share and discuss problems, adopting a client-centered approach to develop their insights through techniques like Socratic questioning. BBS programs not only help in adopting safe behaviors but also motivate employees to work hard, remain focused, and happy.

Dear Mr. Abhay,

As we know, human behavioral changes are connected to our sense organs. The changes in behavior are identified and analyzed in every human nature. You can say it is a "Psychological Change" or a "Biological Process." To retain the present state of mind of an employee and to maintain concentration at work, it is very important to conduct counseling sessions periodically. Additionally, focusing on training programs based on the standardization of safety culture and measures is crucial.
