I was working with an organization for 7 years, but then I left and joined another organization. After 2 months, I applied for the withdrawal of my Provident Fund amount. However, my application got rejected. The probable reason, I assume, is that I had not changed my name after marriage in the PF accounts. However, I had attached an application and an affidavit for the change of my name along with the withdrawal application form.
