could anyone guide me or have any information for setting up KRA for HEAD IT AND HEAD TELECOM . THERE ARE MANY OTHER FUNCTIONS.my view point is the IT head be it in any sector , finacial , retail , telecom , construction , the kra would be the same , or r they different for different sectors , my bet is they aint diffferent cause the sector doesnt matter , the function as in IT , Marketing , operation , telecom matters.
