Hi all, Recently, I resigned from a CMMI Level 5 company, and they provided me with an experience and relieving letter. However, the experience letter does not mention anything about my performance. Will this have an impact on my career? Please advise.

The format for a relieving/experience letter varies from company to company, so if your performance is not mentioned in the same, it hardly creates any impact on your future employment. However, if you had any integrity issues or performance-related problems in your last employment, it may reflect on your background verification conducted by your current employer.
