Is It Illegal For An Employee To Work In 2 Factories - Factories Act?


Please let me Know, one employee have Working two factories, He is working Daily 2 hours Factories ‘A’ and 4 hours working Factories ‘B’
My question is:-
It is legal or illegal under the factories Act ?

It is nothing but part time employment in two establishments and therefore, it cannott be taken as illegal under any law. Madhu.T.K
