Now i completed 1.1 years in HRM, at the time of joining they told me that after completing 6 months my designation is going to change but still my designation is same as Trainee HR, let me know how can i discuss on this with my seniors.

Sir,
You can discuss with your boss only because he only told you
after completion of your training period, your designation will be changed.
Is there are proof of document of six months training period?
If so, based on the same you can discuss with your boss to regularise
your services and redesignate accordingly.

Hi Yogendra, I feel 1 year is the right time for changes in Designation. discuss with your Manager to get it changed now or in the immediate Appraisal cycle. Regards Amith R.

From the details you have given, it is not clear whether you have received your training closure / confirmation letter or not.
It is just likely that your special performance appraisal report (SPAR) for last 6 months, which was required to close your probation/training period has not reached the HR department alongwith other details, say - Safety / Vigilance / Departmental Clearance (if you are in production department , safety clearance is a must in some industries). As soon as the DR Department gets your SPAR with these reports (if required in your industry), they will certainly issue an order as per terms of appointment with retrospective effect. You need not worry.

3. as long as you are doing good delivery of results in day to work , let your title wait for more time. there is a danger in broaching the subject officially as they may terminate your service with reason that your training performance was not up to the mark . they can provide adequate proof to support their decision.
