Sections 36 to 38 of Factories Act, 1948 is in respect of precautions to be taken from fumes and fire. These provisions empower the State Government to prescribe the measures to be taken to extinguish fire. In Maharashtra Factory Rules there are such provisions. However, you will have to refer to the Delhi Factories Rules to find out the number.
