Dear All,
I am basically from hyderabad and joined in Jaipur,
I have signed a bond for 2 years on 24 sep 2012, now i have resigned, given a genuine reason that my father is sick and attached with the medical records of my father.
i have mentioned 3rd oct 2013 as last date.
and the hr has sent me a mail stating of my bond that too to my personal mail id, but i have replied with explanation of my dads illness and status.
but i have not got any such reply to my official mail id till date.
Is my resignation is deemed as acceptance.

It is very common to have a service agreement signed these days to curb the attrition. However, how much of the bond is viable will depend on lots of factors.
You mentioned about signing 2 years bonds, so what are the consequences of breaking the bond?
What are your dues if you leave before 2 years?
What the company owes you if they terminate you before 2 years?
What does your separation policy speak?
Did they give you any training? Material? Class room or practical training?
Before mailing your resignation, did you mention about it to your superior / manager / HR?
What does the mail from HR on your personal account say?
