Dear Experts,
I am currently in a company for past 6 months on retainership bases. I have got a job opportunity in another company and want to resign or terminate my retainership from current company. I just noticed in my letter which reads this:-
"This retainership agreement can be terminated by giving 60 days notice by either party."
So the question is that what are my options to terminate this agreement prior to 60 days?
Please answer, thanks in advance.
Thanks!
