Sir,
Voluntary coverage is possible in case of EPF. It is applicable to establishment employing less than 20 persons. If you want apply for voluntary coverage, the employer and the majority of the employer have to give consent letter and submit the requisite documents. Once it applies and notified, you cannot go out of the Act at a later date.

Hi
if seasonable business is there, no need to register under PF & ESIC Act, you can hire third party payroll. We are providing third Payroll means we have outsourced our payroll.

Dear,
You you can go for voluntary contribution but the extra contribution will go to the Provident Fund only.
But Pradheepusha, do not think that, one has to gather a majority. Only a singly employee of am Organization can also go for voluntary contribution.
If there is any updates on this subject please let forward me a copy....
Thank You...

Sir,
The issue HeKarthik has raised is regarding Voluntary Coverage and Voluntary contribution. In respect of voluntary coverage, consent of majority of employees is essential. As regards voluntary contribution individuals can contribute by submitting joint declaration.
