Please instruct your HR Head to engage himself in some other activities like spending the time in Cite HR site by helping the needy members. He can read some books even he can join some course related to his field and enhance his knowledge.
Inform him that Whatever happening in his life is good and good only. Even the evil act happening against him also will fetch some good result and if he deeply observe, he will find some goodness in the act.
