Already facebook, Gmail and Yahoo mail are having the Chat facility. The chat will be displayed only to the concerned people involved in it. But if you post your query, it will be viewed by all the members and whoever having adequate knowledge in the subject, surely they will give the reply, so that you can get resolved from your issue.
Further the same can be referred by other members by doing research on this site and they can make use of this.
Hence I hope the Chat facility is not feasible and not required in this site.
