My company is an import export consultant with around 20 employees . Recently my boss has asked to get the E.S.I done for all the employees. Me have no idea as off how to start off , means what to do , what form should be filled? Totally confused . Can anyone please help me out ?

Can you pl provide the details about your company is pvt ltd/ partnership firm/proprietory firm.
and when it is established the firm.

for registration following documents required
1. Salary register for the said month
2. Muster roll for the said month
3. Address proof employer and establishment
4. Copy of PAN,VAT , CST etc certificate
5. Proof of commencement of business
