I am working for a networking company that provides networking solutions to almost all IT companies. Ours is a hardware networking company. Many of our clients are asking whether we have an S.H.E. policy. Being a small/medium and a sole proprietor organization, management is least interested in HR activities. Thanks to IT companies that are insisting on HR intervention in almost all parts of the business, right from the quotation stage to the bill execution stage.
