Dear All,
I am working in oil and gas field. i have one question that if once labour licence is taken on duration of one year. but during this if we stop the work due to any reason and starts after wards with same type of nature of works and all the other things same. The contract number is change only. Can we have to take new licence or we can start work on existing licence.
