I work with an international BPO. One of the employees has resigned and completed his notice period. I have to release him from the company. So, I would like to know the different procedures that need to be followed for an employee's full and final settlement. I would also like to know the different types of Excel sheets and the data that needs to be maintained for an employee's full and final exit.
