HI!,
I am working as a account and one of our company employee is left without completing notice period. he need experience and relieving letters. so company asked him to pay 2 months payment (buyout) as per the offer letter rules and regulations.
He paid 2 months payment to company account. now I need to provide the FNF to this employee. and I never made such fnf. however company paid him for the last working month salary.
could anyone help me to sort the FNF?
if possible please provide the format. i m confuse how to specify the deductions.
