It will be good to also first do some research on Google itself. You should be able to find some CSR policies that are being followed by companies on their company website itself, as a company would normally like to show its CSR initiatives to the public. This could be like blood donation drives, becoming a partner with an NGO/orphanage, etc. Of course, CSR initiatives in the office can include saving paper (no printouts), recycling water, planting trees around the office, etc.

Blood donation drive, tree plantation, adopting schools, adopting villages, scholarship programs for employee children, mid-day meal, rainwater harvesting, health and hygiene awareness camp. You can also tie up with NGOs like Goonj and have a collection center for old items to be distributed among orphans.

Dear,
You will get the CSR policy of TATA; it is available on Google. Alternatively, you can refer to MBA (HR) (part-time) fifth and sixth-year HR books to get a good idea about CSR. Like TATA, even Reliance has a CSR policy, which you can also find.
Thanks.
