Dear All, My company is a manufacturing organization with an employee strength of around 400, I have been assigned to prepare a CSR policy for our company. I request some help/tips in preparing the same.
From United States,
It will be good to also first do some research on google itself. You should be able to find some CSR policies which are being followed by companies in their company website itself as a company would normally like to show its CSR initiatives to the public. This could be like blood donation drives, becoming a partner with an NGO/orphanage/ etc. Ofcourse CSR initiates in the office can be like save paper(no print outs), recycling water, planting of trees around the office, etc....

Blood donation drive, tree plantation, adopting schools, adopting villages, scholarship programmes for employee children, mid day meal, rain water harvesting, health and hygiene awareness camp,You also can tie up with NGO's like goonj and have collection centre for old stuff to be distributed among orphans.

Hi,
Google is the best way to research and based on the research and findings you can prepare CSR for your company according to company policy, functions, strength, industry etc.
However, I have made this easier for you here. Please click on the link below and you find a number of PDF files about CSR.
