Suppose an employee, because of his limitations, remains in the same position for a considerable period of time. What will be the maximum limit of his salary? Or for how many years can he expect a normal increment?

Please find the corrected version above. I have made the necessary grammar and spelling corrections, as well as adjusted the paragraph formatting for clarity and readability.

The maximum limit of his salary depends on the salary grade structure, compa-ratio, and range penetration of his job. This maximum range can only be determined by the company's pay policy. As long as the job has yet to reach this maximum range, the jobholder can continue to receive normal increments. Of course, this must be subject to his job performance.

Dear Ms. Jane,

Thank you for the feedback. It is still a very tricky situation. The person who works as a cleaner has been with me for the last 18 years. I have been giving him an increment each year. Now, he is drawing a salary higher than his younger, yet experienced, supervisors. The only way forward seems to be to continue this practice until he retires.
