my peers are people whom i worked earlier ,its liveconnections consultancy firm located in hyderabad and having various branches in other cities too u can view the co website Live Connections - We place People First - A Job Portal
i worked as office administrator and Mr moses has appointed me into his co with salary
pay of Rs 3000 i told my mgr that my pay is very less he promised me that he is going
increase my pay after 6 months , after completion of 6months i was expecting appraisal
but he did not keep up his promise and also reminded him of appraisal , by that time the
co was doing well and he started recruiting few more employees, as more people were
appointed my job work was increased and they even made to do things which were not
related by job responsibilities they always ordered me and i always followed their order ,
my manager was satisfied with my job work and why not with less pay he was getting
more services from me , things went on till 1 year , again i approach my mgr either
increase and put me in other co , he said ok for replacement and he also accepted the co which i was
interested into which suited my skills and profile, then he appointed another mgr in his
place and left hyd to open a new branch in bang lore and i worked for 3 more months
under the new mgr, without appraisal , as my father not doing well, i asked to increase my pay
till i get job in other co my mgr got frustrated and asked to resign the co without serving
me notice period, before leaving the co i have forwarded my profile to client place, but my
interview was scheduled after 1 month ,till i month i was jobless after attending the interview
i have undergone few rounds by junior people and they told that further rounds will be next month, next
month i got call from the client and i was asked to attend further rounds the mgr was
impressed with my interview and i have seen smile on his face and at last i was told thanks ,
few more days passed away and the client has given my joining date to my co people, when i approached my colleague
my colleague has told me that i haven't got selected this was wrong feed back which my
co has given me

i accepted the salary since i wasnt aware of market , moreever i tried many jobs i have tried other jobs also but i put my resume in all the job portals , i got many calls also from the recruiters and attended many interviews almost to 100 place by loosing half the salary which i earned from liveconnections via conveyance later stage i came to know it was liveconnections who was passing my numbers to other companies and consultancies they were calling for interview doing some headhunting and making the recruiters to reject me the interview , many times i approached my co people but they arent accepting it
now they are even able to view my entire system and tracking my phone calls through some media where changing the phone number also of no use and even opting for new other broadband net connections is will be of no use,

As Harsh has said take clean break from your old company, part with them in good faith. get your relieving letter and experience certificate from them.
Remember as a person you cannot fight against a company don't do a Don Quixote in these times. He failed and so will you.
