Hello Seniors,
Everything is going on really well at work for me thanks to your valuable opinions & suggestions.Today i want your opinion on a very basic question.Actually when my work of earlier day is pending i know very well that tomorrow i have to go to office & complete that work.But when there is no work pending i feel confused after going to office that what work i should do? I am working as a junior HR Executive as this is my first job after my completion in MBA So my senior only handles many of the tasks & gives me very simple but productive work to do as he is the old hr of the company he knows which work is pending & which work is required to carried out in short he knows his work but me i don't know my work properly because i am new to this company & so i have to keep on asking him what work should i do today? i ask him this question everyday if he is not busy then he give me some work to do but if he is doing any work he concentrate on that & don't bother to give any work to me so many times i sit nil during working hours.I don't like sititing nil at all i like to keep working but he is quite old in age too so if i keep him asking to give me work then he gets irritated & stops talking to me.Now i am really confused about what to do so i am asking you all that what are the basic works an HR must do everyday after coming to office what works he should do the entire day what work he should start with & with what work he should end his day? Also tell me the duties & responsibilties of a hr personnel.
