Understanding Full and Final Settlement Calculation After Resignation - CiteHR

Hi, this is Sanjay. My query is, I have resigned from my previous company on 15th March '13 with a short notice of 15 days (though in the appointment letter the maximum time mentioned for the notice period was 30 days). My basic salary was 10,800/- (Gross 25,653) and I had some 15 earned leaves due with the company. I had a word with the HR department about the "F&F" settlement, and they said that my check prepared is for an amount of Rs. 3776/-. I am unable to figure out the criteria for the calculation. Please guide me and also suggest if I can get the Statement of Account for the "F&F". Please reply.

Dear Sanjay, Full and Final Settlement is included with various factors of the company policy and procedures. Definitely you will get the F&F Statement along with you cheque. Regards, Ramesh Rao
