The objective of the ID card is that, just in case an employee gets into a problem on the way to the office or home, it will help him a great deal. These days, even road accidents have become common, and inclusion of blood group in the ID will help a great deal. Even the inclusion of any contact number, in case of an emergency, will be of great help. More information is better for the employee.

The information provided is of good help. I would like to add the ICE (In Case of Emergency) mobile numbers, which may belong to either the company or the employees' family members.
Having these numbers is very helpful in the case of a medical emergency, especially outside of office hours. We have implemented this in our organization.
