Dear senior, Please help me. Should we submit form 2 (nominee form) in pf office after march 2012 & why should not submit form 2?

Submission of Form-2 will help to draw PF benefits easily in case of death of employee by the nominee given in the Form.
In case of non submission, the legal heirs have to get certificate from MRO and have to submit and roam several times to
for the claim of PF. This is the difference.
