Hello, everyone. I am sharing my experience here of stress management. In my organization, our Sales team and Project Team have to deal with lots of stress. I have a friend who is an Ayurvedic Doctor. He suggested an Ayurvedic way to relieve stress.
We had three sessions, and after three months, the results were astonishing. My Marketing and Project team felt a difference and started to target well, achieving targets with ease. They requested me to do this activity every year. I am really happy. So, if anyone is interested, please let me know.

Since you have shared your experience, I would not like to question the efficacy of the method of relieving stress. However, what you have fixed is a symptom. We need to fix the causes as well. Any therapy works up to a certain extent. Beyond a point, our body or mind gets conditioned, and if we do not get results.
The origination of stressors lies in deviation from management science. Earlier, I had given the cause of the stress. You may click here to refer to the organizational factors that cause stress.
As far as personal factors are concerned, self-discipline, an organized way of working, proper usage of the mobile phone to enhance productivity, good memory, alertness, etc., improve personal effectiveness and thereby help in reducing stress.
