Special Allowances, for example, are published by the government and are freely available anywhere. If you are unaware of this and request a scanned copy, then hats off to you. Dear GEM, Minimum wages means Basic + DA only.It doesn’t include HRA. For Labour Law books you can visit "Labour Law Agency" website.Google it,you will find the website.
