i just want to open a packer and mover company,the initial n starting like registration location ancestral is not a tough job but right now the major task is conduct a marketing plan to develop the business...............i am so confused right now please help me as per my query.....

In 1996, Michael Porter had written famous article titled "What is Strategy?". In this article he had clarified concept of "Strategic Positioning". He wrote "Strategic positioning attempts to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by preserving what is distinctive about a company. It means performing different activities from rivals, or performing similar activities in different ways."
Please bear his words in mind while starting a business. Most of the businesses do not prosper because of lack of strategic positioning.
