I want to switch to a corporate training profile for which I want to pursue a Ph.D. program. So, which Ph.D. program available in Delhi would be suitable to help me grow as a corporate trainer?
I was also suggested to take up a diploma course from ISTD for Training and Development. Will this course help in building my profile?

Glad to see your keen interest in Corporate Training. Doing a Diploma in T&D will definitely be useful, but focusing only on T&D will not add value to your career growth. According to my knowledge, it would be best if you opt for an MBA (HR) which covers all the core aspects including T&D.
