I am pursuing my final semester in HR. I need to complete a project at HMT Aurangabad in my specialization. The company has around 100 employees and 80 skilled staff. It is a Food Processing Machinery Division. I am confused about selecting the topic for my project. Please help me.

I would suggest you first analyze the organization on various factors and find out in which areas they are lacking. If you do research on their negatives, then your research will not only be useful for you but for the organization as well.
Also, I would suggest you work on projects related to unique but useful topics. Topics such as recruitment, absenteeism, motivation, etc., are all common topics. If it is a manufacturing sector, then researching topics like welfare and benefit activities offers more opportunities for learning.
