Hi All,
I started my carrer in 2007 as a CCE with a reputed firm.That time, i found that job like a blessing since i had few financial issues and thought of becoming independent.I was just 19 ,had no one to guide what a BPO is ,what challenges would i face and where would my future land.I adjusted with the very new environment and soon i realized that what a CCE does but since i came and joined ,i thought of continuing with the same job and thought of going back to family.Post one year basis my erformance and Interal job posting i got shifted to HR dept as a recruiter.Since then i thought of making my carrer in the same field.(though it was not my wish ).i worked there for another three years got promoted again and things were going smooth however then gradually i realized that i am being paid very less as compared to my juniors who ere just being hired in the same dept .I discussed the same with my manager and i she tried helping and raised it further witha business case but nothi

The best things has already to you. You have years of experience with a reputed firm. Have you added your education since you joined in ? Pay is directly related to the tasks you deliver, however you stand a better chance when supported with relevant certifications and degree.
