There are many avenues to make a foray into T&D, such as joining the corporate world, starting as a freelancer, or joining a training-providing company/individuals. From your query, it seems you are wishing to join the corporate world. Very few organizations are offering openings for freshers in this domain, as established companies do not want to experiment. A logical way out may be to begin with a mediocre organization and later make inroads to a larger company. Meanwhile, pursue a T&D Diploma from ISTD Delhi (via distance learning) to establish a strong academic foundation and build good contacts.
