I had doubt in ESIC monthly return filing, in the month of nov 12 esic monthly filing i forget to include one of my employee wages, we also deposit the challen in SBI, i have to add his contribution in Nov 12 monthly returns,
kindly help me for this issue

I fyou forget to mention it in Monthly return there is no problem you can add this in nov as arrear payments but it is wrong if you forget to regsitered him within the prescribet time to send intimation of new joinings in nomination form. Please provide his details immediate to Local office / On line duly serve a request of this effect that you forget to register him.
