Hi Sacheen,

Excellent. Correction leads to improvement - a positive effect. Criticism leads to frustration, repulsion, and sometimes becomes a basis for revenge. All the slides are very good. Two are outstanding. One stresses the importance of focusing on the issue and not on the person. Secondly, the last slide states that the meeting should end with a PAT (Positive Action Talk) and not a kick.

Hi Sacheen, Good presentation, really for people who don’t take any thing into consideration, but just Criticize as and when they feel. Regards Anita

Dear Sacheen,

Good presentation. Although it is correct, a lot depends on interpersonal relations. It is always said that the person who criticizes you should be a neighbor. We have to take it positively so as to learn from it.

Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
